TERMS AND CONIDTIONS
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING BEFORE BOOKING A SERVICE WITH US. WHEN BOOKING WITH US WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU HAVE AGREED AND READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By booking services with KBK9 Walk & Train, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services
KBK9 Walk & Train provides dog walking, training support, puppy visits and cat care services in Aylesbury. Services will be delivered with reasonable care and professionalism
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information about their pet, including health, behaviour, vaccination status and emergency contact details.
4. Health, Vaccination & Welfare
Pets must be healthy and appropriately vaccinated. Services may be declined if a pet displays signs of contagious illness or unsafe behaviour.
5. Dog Walking
Dogs may be walked solo or in suitable groups as agreed. Off-lead walking will only occur with written consent and where deemed safe.
6. Training Support
Training support reinforces positive behaviours but does not guarantee specific outcomes.
7. Cat & Pop-In Visits
Cat visits include feeding, fresh water, litter checks and welfare monitoring as agreed.
8. Access & Keys
Keys and access details will be handled securely. KBK9 Walk & Train is not responsible for access issues beyond reasonable control.
9. Bookings & Payment
Payment is due as agreed at booking. Late or unpaid invoices may result in suspension of services.
10. Cancellations
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged in full.
11. Weather & Safety
Services may be adapted or shortened due to extreme weather or safety concerns.
12. Veterinary Emergencies
Clients authorise KBK9 Walk & Train to seek veterinary treatment if required. All costs remain the client’s responsibility.
13. Liability
While all reasonable care is taken, KBK9 Walk & Train is not liable for incidents unless caused by negligence.
14. Photographs & Media
Photos may be taken for updates or marketing unless consent is withdrawn.
15. Data Protection
Personal data will be stored securely and used only for service provision.
16. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate services with reasonable notice.
17. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
